What is the Action Tracker?
The Action Tracker is a physical habit and action tracking system designed to convert long term goals into daily micro actions. It is built to make progress visible, reinforce consistency and help actions compound over time rather than relying on motivation alone.

What is included in the box?
Each Action Tracker box includes one Action Tracker booklet containing 36 pages and one double sided Action Tracker travel edition sheet. The custom packaging is included along with access to our exclusive community which is currently in development.

Is the Action Tracker a digital or physical product?
The Action Tracker is a physical paper based product. There is no app required and no digital dependency. It is designed for focused offline use.

Will coloured pens or markers bleed through the pages?
The Action Tracker is printed on premium paper selected to minimise bleed through. We have added a section called 'ink tester' to check for bleeding prior to using main charts! Standard pens and most coloured pens work well. Very heavy markers or alcohol based pens may cause some bleed.

Can I start the Action Tracker at any time of the year?
Yes. The Action Tracker uses a flexible start system and can be started in any month of any year. There are no fixed dates.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Orders are typically processed within a few days and delivered within standard international shipping timeframes. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped it may not be possible to make changes.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
If there is an issue with your order such as damage or a defect please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard payment methods available through Shopify including major debit and credit cards and supported digital wallets.

Do you offer an affiliate programme or sponsorship?
We are open to affiliate partnerships and sponsorship enquiries. Please contact us with details of your platform and audience.

Is the exclusive community available now?
The community is currently in development. Access will be granted as it becomes available.
